01 – Our Care Pathway
We run a 24 hour service at the property for people with moderate to low needs, with 12-hour waking night service, seven days a week. We have a flat team structure, which consists of a house manager. The care and support staff deployed at this service is one staff on AM shift, one staff on a mid-shift, one staff on PM shift, and a waking night shift, 7 days of the week. Extra staff is provided for any 1:1 requirements as part of an individual’s care plan.

Our services are designed to enable adults living with long term mental health conditions to improve their quality of life and encouraging the greatest possible engagement
with the community either within our homes or through our step down services.
Sunrise Care will also deliver these outcomes:
- Improving recovery and staying well improving quality of life
- Making own choices and achieving personal goals such as self motivation and autonomy
- Connecting with family friends and neighbours
- Participating in education/employment with reduced stigma and discrimination

Protecting all customers within sunrise care is at the forefront of our minds and we ensure safeguarding best practice is followed to the highest degree. We strive to maintain a transparent and open culture where everyone feel safe and able to share any issues.
